How long are appointments?
Initial office visits range from 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the complexity of your health concerns. Follow-up visits are ½ hour for physician visits and 1 hour for acupuncture. While this is typical, more time may be taken to ensure that all of your questions are answered to your satisfaction.

I work during the days and have a difficult time getting to doctor's appointments. Do you have off-peak office hours?
Yes. We are currently open on Tuesday evenings from noon to 8 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to noon.

Do you participate with any insurance plans?
Currently, we do not participate with any insurance plans. Payment is expected at time of service. However, if you have out-of-network benefits as part of your health plan, you may be able to get reimbursed for our services. To find out if your insurance company will reimburse you for our services, contact them directly or speak with your plan administrator. Our office can provide you with a list of questions to ask your insurance company about out-of-network benefits.
